• Transaction Data: Details about payments to and from you and other details of products and services you have purchased from us.
• Usage Data: Information about how you use our website, products, and services, including IP address, browser type, device information, and access times.
• Client & Job Data: Information you input regarding your clients, quotes, invoices, and job details.
• Content Data: Images (such as receipts for OCR processing), documents, and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) generated or uploaded by you.

• To provide, operate, and maintain our Service (including SWMS generation, quoting, invoicing, and receipt scanning).
